Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shudhiksha, customer trust and product quality are important to us. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us so we can review the issue.

1. Food Product Returns

For food-safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept routine returns of opened spice products where resale is not appropriate.

However, this does not restrict a customer’s rights under applicable law or our responsibility to address defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or misrepresented products.

2. Eligible Complaints

Please contact us if:

• You receive a product different from what you ordered.
• The package arrives damaged or appears tampered with.
• The product has a genuine quality or defect concern.
• The order is not delivered as confirmed.
• There is another legitimate concern regarding the product or service.

3. How to Raise a Complaint

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the issue.

Please retain the product and packaging until the complaint has been reviewed.

4. Refunds and Replacements

After reviewing the complaint, we will communicate the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or another remedy as applicable.

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where feasible. Actual credit timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.

We will communicate any additional information required to process your request.

5. Order Cancellation

Please contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch, subject to the order status and applicable law.

If an order has already been dispatched, we will review the request in accordance with applicable law and our return and refund procedures.
