When to contact us
If you receive an incorrect, missing, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shudhikshaspices@gmail.com or 7669001593. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the outer package and product.
Food safety and returns
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used food products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
Refunds and replacements
After reviewing the issue, we will let you know whether a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution is available. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
